Kameda Solutions Inc. provides a hosted service for Microsoft Project XML schedule analysis, project workspaces, subscription access and generated reports.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information, contact form submissions, subscription status, project metadata, uploaded MSP XML files and generated analysis reports.

3. How we use information

Information is used to operate user accounts, provide project analysis, generate reports, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and maintain platform reliability.

4. Project files and reports

Uploaded Microsoft Project XML files and generated reports are treated as customer project data. Access is limited through authenticated user accounts and project permissions.

5. Payments through Stripe

Stripe processes payments through hosted Checkout and manages payment methods through Billing Portal. Payment details entered on those pages are sent directly to Stripe. Our application keeps Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, transaction and refund identifiers and billing status to manage access, reconcile payments and respond to billing enquiries. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
