1. Service description

Kameda Solutions provides a hosted service for project workspaces, Microsoft Project XML schedule analysis, subscription access and report viewing.

2. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, uploading authorized project files, and using the platform in accordance with applicable laws and business policies.

3. Reports and analysis

Reports are generated from uploaded Microsoft Project XML files. Users should review outputs before making business, contractual, or project management decisions.

4. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform, but availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure events, third-party services, or operational issues.

5. Planner billing and analysis capacity

Planner costs CAD 129 per monthly billing period or CAD 1,290 per annual billing period, plus applicable taxes. No free trial is offered. The monthly plan includes 5 analyses per monthly billing period; the annual plan includes 60 analyses for the whole annual billing period. Capacity renews at the start of each new billing period. Unused capacity does not roll over. Prices, taxes and the selected billing period are shown at checkout before payment.

6. Renewal, payment and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Use billing management in your account to open Stripe Billing Portal and confirm cancellation. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period; paid access continues until that period ends. Access requires an active subscription. If Stripe marks a subscription past due, unpaid, paused or cancelled, paid access is suspended. No additional application grace period is offered. Restoring payment within the same billing period does not replenish used analysis capacity.

7. Refund requests

Contact info@kameda.ca with your account and invoice details to request a refund. Requests are reviewed individually, including billing errors and duplicate charges. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. A refund does not itself cancel renewal; manage cancellation separately in Billing Portal. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights or other protections required by applicable law.
